I like the Lazzie Star game. if you click on Lazzie you get free buttercream and she/he says funny things like "La la la" and "Oh yeah" ????

Neither can I.  I was wonder who "us" is.  It seems like a very odd thread for a new user with (checks post count) only 8 posts to their name as of now.

Lazada does offer support and in English and i have found them to be helpful most of the times, they have to be otherwise all this giant enterprise will loose customers by the millions...

I consistantly buy from Lazada. Never had a problem. Returned several items. I don't understand what the fuss is all about.

There are many threads regarding Lazada service / support (or lack of it) we really don't need yet another, particularly a non-specific one.
