*EDIT*  Sorry for the incorrect tittle.   TR is still at Chaeng Wattana.  Only Visa Exempt goes to this new location at IT Square Lak Si.

    Tourist visa extensions are done at Chaeng Wattana.

    Yes, if you are on TR (not visa exempt), then nothing has changed for you. TR is still handled at CW.
