Can you apply for work permit while your visa renewal is under consideration?

Hi,

 

I just completed my visa renewal application changing from Retirement to supporting Thai child. Am I able to apply for WP1 while I am under 30 consideration period?

It may be possible but it could depend upon the work permit office where you apply for it.

I don't know if will be accepted at one of the offices in Bangkok. All you can do is try.
