Nails

Featured Replies

So I guess this is a nonsense post from me  but listen to it. My nails on my hands are very bad,  all my nails are getting disformed, lets say shortened or disformed . My Toenails are perfect apart from the left one I alaways has problemns whith. So I take Vitamine 10 which should help with this but it does take not any adeas?

How do you mean "disformed" ?

Ridges , splitting, cracking, hard/brittle ?

"Take biotin. Biotin is an important type of B vitamin that allows the body to turn food into energy. It's also highly recommended as a supplement to help boost the strength of hair and nails."

There is no such thing as Vitamin 10, did you mean CoEnzyme Q10? Unlikely to do much for nails

Are you using hand sanitizer? As this could be the source of the problem due to its drying efefct

I suggest to apply a little pertroleum jelly to your nails each morning and evening, this will help

In terns of nutrients Biotin is indeed the best plus see the article linked in Charluie's post above
