Just leased two buildings that I want to turn into rentals and need to do remolding. Starting from a new roof to new bathrooms. What am needing to know with so many building supply companies on Samui ...Where is the best price.... ?Will be having workers coming in from Bangkok.... but will need to buy material here in Samui

I would get a list of what I need & drive around to get some comparative pricing.Mind you many more suppliers in Surat that will ship here & a lot more competitive pricing ( Thai price ).

maenam trading seemed to be the best when i was building ,order it and they deliver it within 2 hours of when they said ,good service ,after a short while they will offer you an account ,makes things so much easier
