Traveling back to USA next week!

Plan to return in September.

Will apply for 90 day non o visit family visa!

So not renewing the retirement extensionin in September! And return flight after extension expires!

Is it ok to go below the 400,000 currently in in bank, until I need to have the 400,000 when applying for extension based on marriage to Thai!

Maybe I'm required to maintain the 400,000 for the duration of current extension???

Please any advice appreciated, regarding the banked funds!

 

 

 

 

You are starting over and obtaining a new non O marriage so you will require 400k in bank on day of application for non O marriage.

Then for the extension you require the 400k in bank for 2 months

That's it. 

If the dates had been different you could have obtained a reentry permit and changed from extension based on retirement to based on marriage.
