I'm filling out a TM30 form to go to immigration tomorrow

 

Didn't think a TM30 was needed for visa exempt entries but read otherwise

 

Should I put the real move-in date I arrived (2 weeks ago) or just todays/tomorrows date?

Where are you staying.

It's easy process for hotel to file a TM30 and provide you with screenshot..

in an apartment under gf's name, bit like a hotel room

Can you ask office of the hotel to do a TM30 for you. 

I'm assuming condo not in gf name.

was in her name but have a blank form to put it in her name

 

would it be a problem if in her name?

I have to extend my visa exempt stamp this week.    Should I go to CW immigration?     What are the chances of getting a Covid 60 days extension?   I read somewhere that it's up to the immigration official.

You won't obtain a covid extension.

You will be made to obtain the standard 30 day extension first. 

You can obtain a covid extension after that as they are now available till July 25. 

You entered visa exempt and will apply for extension at IT mall Laski.

Thanks for the fast reply, Dr Jack.   So that would be for both types of extensions at IT mall Laski?
