I'll be extending my 0A-based permission to stay in June.  I'll have just the 400K/40K baht cover that's been needed the past few years.  To avoid the problem of a misinformed IO that the OP talked about in the original post, is there a link to something official stating clearly for TI that the USD100K cover will not be required until September of this year?  I'd like some official document to show TI (it will be at CW).
