From what I gather they closed down all the lounges at BKK at terminal C and E, possibly only one open is for the 1st class

There is an enormous Royal Orchid lounge open by gate D4.

Just did on-line check in for Emirates on Saturday morning. e-pass not available, must go to check in desk. What a load of bo44ox.

Try downloading their application, your boarding pass might be there.
Some other airlines do send email with boarding pass to print out. At some airports just application with QR code is enough.
Still, if you have bag to drop, they will print your boarding card, will check vax certificate and on return to thailand do check thailand pass

"Unfortunately, there is no quick fix to this problem, as it can take up to 3-6 months to train staff in the tech side of travel.

Longer of course for pilots and cabin crew."

Lets hope it takes a ''lot'' longer for the pilots?? Should be minimum of 2 years!

Any up-to-date information. I am flying to Dubai on Saturday morning with Emirates, which seems to be taking off early most days. Cheers.

No, check at the airport.
