Registering own house as residence for Retirement Visa renewal
I use only my yellow book in Samui, no pink card, that should be enough. Have a look at the Samui forum here, there is a pinned post with plenty of info. -

Government Okays 7.12 Billion Baht for Electric Vehicle Grants
Evolt Official Line group sent a message out saying some their chargers will be preemptively shut off, and listed provinces where this might happen, and apologized for inconvenience. That is the only one of the 8 (yes EIGHT!) different apps/companies I have on my phone that are available in Thailand that said anything at all to its users, at least that I saw. Luckily I almost never use public chargers. -

What is a good sandwich filler? except cheese or ham
Since OP's "healthy" seems to be unclear may I show what has been The Best sandwich I've even eaten; Cuban pressed "Tripleta" in Puerto Rico truck stop! The price was about $ 3.50. It was a full meal too. Like this; https://www.yahoo.com/lifestyle/tripleta-hearty-puerto-rican-sandwich-110057435.html It CAN be healthy if you don't eat anything for next 6-8hr. Is there any Cuban or Puerto Rican eateries in Thailand? haven't seen any. -

Is AI useful?
AI can do lots of things very fast. And it can combine knowledge from many fields together. I use now this AI if I have some questions and often it has good answers. Perplexity And I can ask additional questions. The reason why I use this AI is because it shows footnotes where the information comes from. So, I can dig deeper myself if I want to. Obviously, nobody should make the mistake to 100% trust the AI. But it can help a lot. Something to compare might be a calculator. I know it works different and all that, but it can answer questions of a limited scope very fast and accurately. And we should be aware of input errors and if we are not sure, doublecheck the details.- 1
