Earlier you made the accusation of selection on the basis of ‘affirmative action’.

Now you object to the predominance of candidates being selected who attended the two top law schools in the US.

Entry to these law schools is extremely competitive, not so many other law schools.

Perhaps you would like to see ‘affirmative action’ in favor of less academically gifted applicants.

Well, when Biden came out with a list of potential Justices who were ALL the same in sex and race, what is one to think?

As for other law schools being beneath Yalevard, that is quite debatable. The top tier schools are remarkably similar.

I am not sure the headline is accurate. Justice Brown cannot actually say what a "woman" is, so by simple logic you cannot say that she is one. Indeed, calling her one may be a micro-aggression.  You need to be careful these days not to make such assumptions.

Declined to ask an obvious baiting question by an imbecile.

What percentage historically pray tell?

Completely irrelevant.  Looking at the last few decades is much more pertinent.

Or perhaps declined out of fear of being pilloried by the Woke Left? The answer is of course simple. A woman is an adult human female.  What is so hard about that?

Your opening series of posts on this thread.

Your new found objections based on alma mater do not ring true, given the nature of your earlier posts.

How is this even relevant in this discussion?

Not for the first time you insert your fixation with other people’s gender into your posts.

Her "woke" view of what a woman is could somehow disqualify her from the court?

Care to provide a scintilla of evidence that her appointment is virtue signalling or that she is somehow less qualified than Trump's picks?

I already did so in an earlier post.

Another poster has been blunter than myself.

I’m sorry but I just don’t find your change of tack credible.

It is what it is.

Same usual racist bigots on here complaining with a shred of argument about why she isn't suitable.

Was She chosen solely for her race and gender or was She the actual best qualified person for the job ?

Any evidence at all that she wasn't qualified? Any evidence that the last three picks were better qualified? Waiting...

It’s not her gender that has triggered all this rightwing outrage, refer racist meme posted and liked above.

The virtue signalling is on the part of the 'news' media, who in their rush to look appropriately woke published a wildly inaccurate and unintentionally hilarious tweet.

I have no idea, that is why I asked the question .

If I knew the answer, I wouldn't have asked the question
