How many Marijuana plants can a Thai national grow?

Featured Replies

Some debate in our village as to whether 2 or 6 are allowed, legally.

Right now there is no upper limit, my gf got a permit from plookganja for 50 plants.

But most likely the coming law will restrict it to 10 plants per person.

Following the way that the whole cannabis issue has been dealt with so far, I would guess that the answer would be dependent on which politician you ask or which newspaper/news report you read.

You can simply apply for a permit on plookganja as the other 300,000+ growers in Thailand have to be safe.

They will ask details about your situation, and you can put in the desired amount of plants you will be growing.

As mentioned already you can grow many more plants than 6 if you apply correctly.

Thanks for the replies, much appreciated. The local village gossip has been spreading it around that only 2 plants are allowed, she "heard it on the radio". Some folks in our little village seem to be quite worried, I'll pass the good news on.

Just did it in my own name using the ID number allocated when I got vaccinated. It works.

Then I thought, why the 4uck am I telling them I am growing when I live 'in the jungle'.

Depends how much land they have ????
