A four-year-old girl was shot in her right hand Sunday after a man opened fire at a karaoke bar in Thanh Hoa Province.

 

According to the police, Cao Sy Khoa, 29, took a homemade gun to the Diamon karaoke bar at 112 Pham Duc Ky Street in the north central province.

 

He entered a room and aimed to shoot at a group of men and women who were singing karaoke, but only managed to hit the girl, who was sitting with them.
