Daily News Thai Caption: Let's get ripped!

Some before and after pictures are wowing the Thai social media scene, reported Daily News. And suggesting that we might head for the gym rather than fatty food.

They show a slimming page on Facebook  that is "All About Beauties."

In the first picture the five gents and two ladies are...er....carrying a bit of excess baggage.

But after some workouts - it was not specified how long and over what time frame - they are all sporting abbs aplenty and muscles where they previously didn't know they had muscles.

The post said: "Whether you're fat or slim depends on whether your friends take you to the gym or the moo katha (pork BBQ)".

The internet was suitably wowed with posters commenting on the discipline of the slimmers and making a mental note to do something about their own paunches.

Right after having something to eat, that is.

Moo katha or dumbbell's ASEAN NOW asks. Over to you.....
