Hi, can anyone tell me if you can change a Thai Airways booking more than once on a flexi ticket without incurring a change fee? The ticket does state that date changes are free of charge but it doesn't state if you can change more than once. I have tried contacting the airline but they are very slow in responding and their UK phone lines are still closed due to covid!

Earlier this year before our return to the UK Thai Airways had a timetable change which unceremoniously dumped us on a 16 hour BKK>HKT>LHR flight rather than the direct flight we'd booked. I was completely unsuccessful in contacting Thai Airways in Bangkok and eventually messaged 'ThaiAirwaysUK' on Facebook Messenger, they were really helpful and they sent me this link which is really for UK departures but I very politely explained that we would prefer to fly direct a couple of days later and they fixed it for us fairly quickly.
