requirements for tourists with a covid positive result

I am planning to travel to Thailand.

After the visit, I have to visit Japan as well, and the country requires me to provide a covid negative result.

I am worried if I get positive with the PCR test.

Does anybody knows about Thailand regulation during quarantine for tourists with a positive result?

(eg. hospital fee, hotel stay?)

Any advice will be helpful. Thanks
