If you tell them no salt, no sugar no msg they look at you as if you are a child abuser

Where on earth are you people going, and who are you ordering from to get these responses?

Unless they plain don't understand you, I can't see how you can all be having these issues. I more than very often make a special request when ordering food and the worst I ever get is a slight look of confusion (especially when ordering fried cashew nuts, without the cashew nuts...)

To them not to me, let them get on with it

You are in their country- if you don't like it here- then consider leaving.

People  worry about depression and solo drinkers. Perhaps  you are giving the impression  you are lonely  and unhappy. Most of us enjoy socialising with Thais. Why don't you  stay at home and drink alone there? That's an option  that might  suit you

Never stepped foot in a beer bar unless it was a rooftop establishment Bob, which I doubt you have visited unless your 5k a day rental from a few weeks ago payed for you to visit with her.  Maybe you can meet me at CRU here in Bangkok and treat me, no egg-stainer Tank top wearers allowed.

go on then, what's a CRU? wait I just googled it. it's just a short walk from my condo...so near and yet so far ????

I don't like sitting on the floor eating their food and drinking their crappy beer, that does not mean I should be told to leave by know it all farang phobic foreigners. On the other hand I am quite happy to socialise with thousands of them for 25 years at over 1200 Thai concerts, where I have almost always been the only foreigner present, so your impression is wrong. I will enjoy my type of socialising without being lectured to by som tam eaters and Leo drinkers, thanks all the same.

We eat at tables. That's one of their functions not just as an elbow rest for lonesome drinkers. Perhaps  you can't afford  to eat at decent restaurants.  Stop drinking so much and  save up for nice food foreign or Thai

This man has come up with the perfect diet for Type 2 diabetes.

I am wondering about the posting style, it is reminding me of the departed Nyezhov.

One of my friends is a diabetic. His pancreas produces no insulin, he has to inject it every day. He told me he spent every night up at the pub drinking after work and never ate. He said doctors told him that was the main problem, not eating.

Make sure you dance with the old grannies who are emulating the Coyote dancers with the hip thrusts.

Really, you know what your getting in McDonalds here in Thailand, and your bottled beers which have been sitting in the heat for days before being refrigerated at a bar.

Best thing about McDonald's in Thailand is they have just introduced the quarter pounder. Yeeees. No more drunken double cheeseburgers for me

Lol
