A benevolent Chonburi official donated a truckload of rice bags to Sri Racha district residents who had been affected by flooding.

Mr. Ekasit Amchaon, a member of the Chonburi Provincial Administrative Organization (PAO), was assigned by Mr. Wittaya Khunpluem, chief of the Chonburi PAO, to donate bags of rice to Sri Racha residents this morning, September 13th.

The donation came after massive flooding that struck Sri Racha in the middle of the night on September 11th and left many areas in the district inundated for days.

Why the need for the media presence ?

More photos taken than rice given out no doubt.

It is important that gifts are seen to be given..... it remains positive though.
