The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place

You should complete form VAF2 in respect of each child and the fee will be £500.00 for each child plus £500.00 for your fiancée's application. If the kids are under 11, they will not need to undergo the TB tests.

You will need to demonstrate that your fiancée has/has had sole responsibility for the kids' upbringing, that you have adequate accommodation for them, and that you have sufficient money to take care of them without claiming certain benefits on their behalf.

Once you are married in the UK she must apply for FLR at a cost of £395. You can then travel back to Thailand and apply for her children to join you at a cost of £500 each. No further costs for the wife.

You will have to prepare the application with the sponsorship details as you did for your wife. As Scouse says you must show there is sufficient accomodation for them and that you still have the same income/savings that would be adequate to support all three of them as it could have changed during the last 6 months. One sponsorship letter can cover both of the applications.

Also are the kids surname the same as your fiance?

Hi thanks for help. the kids are in name of husbands surname but my fiancee has document stating that husband has agreed to let fiancee have sole rights to children and he has indeed signed this.

That's OK if she has a sole custody agreement which she will also need to get the children their passports unless her ex goes to the passport office with her and the children.
