What's required at Changwattana for a re-entry permit?

1. Passport
2. Application form for permission to re-enter the Kingdom (TM.8) with a 4×6 cm. photo (not more than 6 months old)
   • Click to download TM.8 form.
3. One copy of each passport document as follows:
   • personal information page
   • Passport expiration date page
   • Personal information edit page (if applicable)
   • The last entry for permission to enter the Kingdom stamp page
   • The page of the stamp permitting the request to stay in the Kingdom (if any)
4. Departure card (TM.6) and 1 copy (If available)
5. Application fee 1,000 baht for one time and 3,800 baht for multiple entries.
