Lawyer for divorce near Pattaya

Featured Replies

Hi,

I will divorce soon and have an agreement with my future ex wife but I'm not sure she won't change it before all the documents are ready.

Does anyone know a good lawyer near Pattaya? I live around 30 km from Pattaya and I will divorce in Bang Lamung.

Try going to the office for an uncontested divorce first. Get translations of her documents though.

You can always go for the family court if that doesn't work out. 20 or so baht works out better than thousands for a lawyer.

I went to the district office in Bang Lamung, the officer explained me how to proceed, I have to get a certified translation of my passport and she gave a sample of divorce settlement form that I'm using and sent for translation.

A lawyer would help me to fill it well or to use a better form but also to prepare myself if ever my future ex wife was changing her mind.
