No one said he was wrong,  have you never heard the saying,  in the wrong place at the wrong time???  If he had been 5 minutes earlier or 5 minutes later,  he would still be alive,  hence the phrase,  in the wrong place at the wrong time,  

HE was in the right place at the right time.

 

It was the numpty in the ambulance who was in the wrong place and the wrong time. Driving far too fast, no warnings on, running red lights, causing death by dangerous driving.

 

My sympathy is with the motorcyclist's family who have lost a father, husband, family member, bread winner to some stupid p***k who shouldn't even be allowed to drive a wheelbarrow.
