are there currently any requiremnts at the border crossing, covid test cert, proof of vaccination etc.

im thinking about taking a trip to svket around November time.

On or after October 1st there will be no requirements to prove you are fully vaccinated or a covid 19 test to enter the country.

You will need proof of being fully vaccinated or a covid 19 test within 48 hours to enter Laos as of today.

Only 2 shots are required to be fully vaccinated.

I have a vaccine passport but I will be travelling with a friend who will return from the UK this week. He was vaccinated, twice, in Thailand and has electronic proof on his phone. I think this is on the Mor Prom app but is that acceptable as proof or would he need a vaccine passport? Both are issued by the same entity in Thailand.
