I have been using the app for previous reports but now cannot process as "arrival details not found".

I applied for and received a certificate of residency 3 weeks ago all was good then.

I have now mailed my current report docs.

The mobile app for 90 day reports is known to have problems with it.

Perhaps try the new online reporting site. https://tm47.immigration.go.th/tm47/#/login  It will work on mobile browsers.

This TM 6 has ended at least for now and is not required.

Hello Ubonjoe, quick question: I have just returned from a trip abroad. Can my next 90 day be done directly online with the app or must I go to Chaengwattana IO in person? That was my first trip in almost three years and I wonder what my option will be  (I used to travel several times a year and so didn’t have to bother with this). Thank you.

You can do the report online. Be sure you enter you new arrival date.

Your report is due 90 days from the day you entered the country.

Yes app never worked for me and UJ link always does.  Did my latest 90 day last Saturday and  it was approved  last Sunday (Jomtien)

Received my next appointment confirmation at 20:00 today,must be working late holiday tomorrow
