If you think about what you're saying, you could well be suggesting that people do something they don't want to do and that makes them less happy than the thing they would rather do, simply to live up to one persons opinion about what makes the best life. The idea that doing new or different things constantly is better than doing the same things every day is a subjective opinion. Someone else might think: "There's nothing better in life than figuring out the things that make you the most happy and then doing those things every day".
