Five people in Da Nang were arrested on suspicion of stealing 109 phones worth VND1.2 billion ($48,949) from a Mobile World shop during the night flood on Oct. 14.

A shop of electronics retail chain Dien May Xanh of Mobile World Corporation in Lien Chieu District reported that on the night of Oct. 14, when Da Nang was suffering from severe floods, it had allowed nine people on the street to seek shelter inside.

Shop employees later discovered that glass surfaces had been shattered, the people had left, and several plastic bags containing numerous phones were gone.

So do they keep their phones stored in plastic bags ?

Normally, a shop has a stock room with phones all stored in their boxes securely locked at the back of the store !!

I am perplexed !
