"Ungrateful son" attacks mother in front of bedridden dad - she dies and the son is now in custody

Daily News Thai Caption: Ungrateful son drug addict

 

Thai police in Bua Yai district of Nakhon Ratchasima, NE Thailand, have arrested a 36 year old Thai man who attacked his mother.

 

Yen, 70, was viciously beaten as she attended her bedridden husband, the suspect's own father. 

She died in hospital after experiencing massive blood loss.

 

Neighbors and a relative said that the suspect is unemployed and was always creating trouble for his aging mother.

 

What the reason was this time remains under investigation but Daily News mentioned drug addiction.

From what I read somewhere, prisoners who are in for hurting their parents get worse treatment than pretty much everyone.
