Personally, I don't want a girl which can slap me to death with her things independent of the fact if they are real or fake. 

Never had a silicone balloon fetish....I do not find those appealing or tempting....

There are a few Thai gals that have done that to themselves....Must be an insecurity thing....

I don’t mind looking at them as long as they’re not comically disproportionate. However, I’d be reluctant to become more involved with such a woman in light of what such life choices say about her psychological fitness.

I've known a lot with falsies, and in the end they all had to have them removed leaving behind a real mess. So you wouldn't want to be in a ltr with such a girl, 'cos in the end they'll be cut off, and what remains you wouldn't want to see twice.
