There is a regular egg seller in my village, the only one who sells very large duck eggs, but he does not sell them in 10's, he sells them in trays which are about 30 I think, that's fine, but how long can they stay fresh in the fridge?

I Googled it a while back and it seems they will last 'a long time' in the fridge. Let them get to room temp before using though.

No experience with ducks, but chicken eggs will still make a baby chook after a couple of weeks out in the tropical heat (so still fresh).

In the fridge at least a month (remember that, unlike US eggs, Thai eggs are not washed, so the bug-proof membrane remains intact).

Or shell them (separate white and yolk if you like) and freeze.

6 months to a year.

Wipe the eggs with an oiled rag before storage to keep them at their best.

Yes, I must keep that in mind.

How do you store farm fresh duck eggs? Thanks to the egg's bloom, it's not necessary to refrigerate farm fresh duck eggs. However, refrigerating does drastically extend their shelf life. An egg will typically last about 3 weeks when stored at room temperature versus about 4 months when kept in the refrigerator.Nov 28, 2563 BE

Remember that egg shells are porous. If you have strong smelling items in your fridge, such as durian or pla ra, your eggs will take on those aromas and will have some of the taste.

No need to refrigerate. They will last well at room temperature so long as they have not been washed.

At least 2 months. Eggs have an amazing capacity to preserve, when uncooked and refrigerated. Ignore the FDA nonsense. They are a shrill for big business.

A general rule, unwashed eggs will last around two weeks unrefrigerated and about three months or more in your refrigerator. If you’re experiencing an egg boom, it’s smart to refrigerate any unwashed fresh eggs you aren’t planning to eat immediately. This will help them last longer. Or give them away to friends or family.

Washed eggs must be refrigerated and will last around two months in the refrigerator.
