Weighing machine/scales

I don't trust digital scales. In my experience they're always way out (get the pun?) The only ones I trust are the old fashioned ones with the sliding weights you can manually adjust. The only one I know of is in an Onsen here in Pattaya, which costs 300 to enter. Does anyone know of a publically accessible one, maybe in a public hospital or clinic somewhere?
