Hi everyone,

I try to do my notification of stay via my agent and for some reaosn, he/she is not available.

I'm suppose to have this done on december 17 - but i'm not sure i can make it today.

I saw it's possible to notify a week later the end of the 90 days but i'm not sure to clealy understand the rule.

If i try to do it on Monday, will i be overstay ?

Thank you very much and have a nice day everyone

90 day report has nothing to do with over staying. Try to do it online next time, it works well normally these days. Monday should be OK

The report of staying more than 90 days can be done online after your first time, so why the agent?

It can be done 15 days early and 7 days later. A fine of Bht 2000 can be imposed for not doing it.

It is not classed as overstaying, which applies to your annual extension.

How long have you been living in THailand?

You beat me to it Proton.

7 days later is only for in-person reporting and therefore doesn't apply to online reporting.

That is correct and applies to 90 day report done in person.

Suggest that you attend immigration asap.

Just to be clear your 90 report date has nothing to do with overstaying.

For overstaying only your permission to stay date matters.

Your 90 day report is an address check... which can be done online by you [no agent needed]

from 15 days before the expiry date.

Or:

7 days after expiry date via your immigration office in person.

After those 7 days however you will be on overstay... even if you have a visa?

You are not on overstay.

You have not filed a tm47.

Possible 2000baht file.
