  • It is very sad indeed to see these filthy diseased animals rooming the streets of Thailand. As much as Thailand tries to put on lipstick, it is still a third world country that is dangerous at times.

You haven't heard of the SoiDog Foundation evidently, do a search on them and include "animal cruelty laws Thailand" and see what you come up with.
