Condos for rent

Featured Replies

Anyone know of a month to month condo near MRT or BTS for rent in Bangkok near Phasi Charoen, Bang khae, Thonburi region?  We are looking for 2br for 3 to 4 people.  Since we dont know how long we will be in Bangkok for medical reason, we would like to rent for 1 month to start.  Any advice or suggestions?  Airbnb can be quite expensive with shot noticed.

We are looking to get PRP done to my grandmother's knees as well as getting her dentures completed.  Lots of work to do. ????

This is illegal in most places (contravenes government regulations about hotels and contravenes the regulations of the condo).

Many places still do it. A bit risky, you might run into a place where the neighbors call the police.  Not very probable,  though.

There's nothing illegal about a 1 month rental. It's only illegal to rent residential condos for less than 30 days.

It depends on the regulations of the condo.

Often much more than 30 days.
