Since some time around 12pm today all I can get from my IPTV is the "dreaded wheel of death!"

My internet is working fine, before I knew the IPTV was not working I was watching something on the "Cinema" app.

I "raised a ticket" with my supplier and this is their reply:-

Hi,
It seems your isp is blocking your IPTV links. Please use VPN or try any of the following dns urls:

http://line.5tv.me/
http://line.eco-4k.com/
http://line.live-main.live/
http://line.4k-ott.com/
http://line.8k-ott.com/
http://line.pro4k.cc/
http://line.ultraqhd.com/
http://line.ultraqhd.net/
http://line.eco-4k.com/

My isp is 3BB.

Has anyone else had this problem and if so what can I do about it?

I do not want to use a VPN

Thanks

I've been told it slows down what I receive!

Why should that make a difference to you?

Try tethering your mobile phone connection and using that for Internet access to see if it works.

My question was asking if anyone else had their isp block their IPTV.

Please answer my question!

You can use a VPN or change your provider.

What is your IPTV.

You post some links and you post what your ISP is, but NOT what your IPTV provider is.

To answer your question, NO my ISP (also 3BB) doesn't block my IPTV, but maybe I have a different IPTV then yours :whistling:

Once you have discarded that very poor attitude and tried out all the links suggested by your IPTV supplier, try the mobile phone connection that I suggested earlier.

Yep! Get a VPN Trial and see when you activate it if you can connect to your IPTV. If yes, then Yes your Provider is blocking your ISP, thus 2 options left.

1- Connect via VPN

2- Change ISP

Please explain why not.

could it be speed dropping a lot as usually VPN is outside of Thailand.... my connection without VPN is 944 mbps and with VPN to Europe, Singapore, Australia, etc. drops to 178 maximum 246 mbps

Just to make things a bit clearer:-

I have been with this IPTV provider for 3 months now and this is where I think the problem lies:-

My 3 month trial ends today Jan 31st. I have subscribed for the next 12 months but at first did not realise I had to cancel the next 3 month period as well as paying for the 12 month term.

The provider had already charged me for another 3 month along with charging me for a 12 month one.

I got in touch and they told me everything as been put right but I think they may have cancelled the 3 month term 1 day early leaving me without IPTV until tomorrow when my 12 month term begins!

That's why I asked if anyone else had been blocked by their isp!

Hope that is clear?

Thanks

Could be their native app. Have you tried Xtreme login / m3u login on an android device or other iptv player?

Could be many things causing buffer.

Is the iptv service normally stable but is now having problems?

You may or may not require a VPN, I think it depends a lot on the particular service. Some folks nearby my location have good success with 3BB and others do not.

There are several factors to consider, you need to check your entire computer and network setup to determine if there are any issues. It could be the app, your PC/OSX hardware, router, DNS settings, player, etc etc and so on. It could be the iptv service as well. Go test another iptv and compare.

Let me know how I can help.

Have fun.

For IPTV, and the "dreaded circle", it is the strength of the signal and which server you are connected to that causes this, had the same issue with 3BB. Do a Speed check, and take a screen shot of server distance, ping, D/L and U/L speed. Photos don't lie? ???? ???? ????

So how is it now and did you test using a different ISP or not?

IPTV service cancelled and monies hopefully returned!

It seemed very fishy to me that after an initial 3 month trial I should get problems when I have just renewed for 12 months.

Their loss!!

Sometimes I experience ISP blocks and so does my neighbor who uses 3BB but his router was older than GOD and since 3BB replaced it, his connection smartened up but he still has buffering which is due to his low price iptv service. U need a stable internet connection and a stable iptv service or you will struggle.

You have been given completely correct and completely useless information.

Yes the speed is reduced. No in virtually all cases it is reduced from (for example) 10 times what you need to just 5 times faster than you can use.
