Good evening guys. Long before some of you were on Thaivisa. There was a Thaivisa football team. Run by Tytus. They played in the expats casual league along with many other teams. 

The casual league was a farang league. But you could  have some Thai players also in your team. There was however a restriction on 5 players at any one time on the field in your team.

This picture was from a time when a few of the TV players and some of us from other teams played in an Global airlines soccer 9's comp. We won it. 

The reason i am posting this picture is because today we said goodbye to great guy and a familiar face in the bar scene in Bangkok a few years back. Derek.

Myself and others played for the Winking Frog in Sukhumvit Soi 7. 

Some people may not have liked him. But many of us did. Tonight me old mate. I will have a few drinks for you. RIP my friend.
