webfact Posted February 8, 2023 Posted February 8, 2023 Picture: Siam Rath Siam Rath reported that an army of press descended on a house in the Bang Leng district of Nakhon Pathom, central Thailand, after a young couple posted on Facebook that their 8 month old son had gone missing under mysterious circumstances. Provincial police deputy Pol Col Phallop Suriyakulon na Ayutthaya ordered the area sealed off along with a house behind where relatives live. He spoke to Sitthichoke or "Phut", 19 and his wife Pilaiporn, 16, the mother of the child. Picture: Siam Rath Checks were made on a wardrobe in the bedroom then it was noticed that a squat toilet had been surrounded by cement. This aroused suspicions in the police. An elder sister who owns the house said she had put the cement in herself because there had been a bad smell welling up from the toilet. Picture: Siam Rath Police asked for permission to smash the cement and a thirty minute suction of the toilet began. This failed to turn up anything untoward. The toilet was resealed and the police left at 6.30 pm as the mystery disappearance entered its third day. CCTV in the area had yielded no leads. Earlier sniffer dogs had been used to try and locate the child. -- © Copyright ASEAN NOW 2023-02-08 - Cigna offers a range of visa-compliant plans that meet the minimum requirement of medical treatment, including COVID-19, up to THB 3m. tomazbodner Posted February 8, 2023 Posted February 8, 2023 I was hoping they properly fixed it to address the smell issue, when already opening it, not just poured cement around it like the owner did before... 1
