Daily News Thai Caption: It was just a threat

Daily News reported that Pattaya's Sawang Boriboon rescue foundation and a Muang police patrol went to an apartment in Nong Prue after a report of a stabbing.

A woman named only as "A", 36, from Samut Prakan had run out of Apartment #999 to seek the assistance of neighbors.

She had been stabbed in the neck behind the right ear by scissors. After first aid she was rushed to hospital.

Her concerned 14 year old son was by her side.

The person responsible - a cruel jealous man according to the media - was B, 47, from Chaiyaphum.

It emerged that A had been caught chatting to a man and after an argument her husband stabbed her.

The son said that he had rushed out of the home to seek help and on return found his mum injured seriously.

Police arrested B.

He said that he only meant to threaten his wife claiming that he slipped.

He was taken away by the Muang district police along with some bloodstained scissors.

...so he needed scissors to threaten his wife...hmm... he should use words next time as his wife would not have to go to the hospital in case he slipped
