2nd Visa Exemption

Featured Replies

My first Visa Exemption ( 45 days Suvarnabhumi Airport ) expire 20 March

I want to go in Vietnam for 2 days and coming back and apply for a new Visa Exemption ( 45 days Don Mueang Airport )

Any problems for just 48 Hours go and back with different airport ??

Thanks

Why don't you just get an 30 day extension?

Entering BKK vs DMK makes no difference.

You mention first visa exempt entry expires March 20 so appears no history in Thailand immediately prior to that?

Second visa exempt entry not a problem mind you 2 day stay is virtually a bounce for another exempt entry.

You will require an onward flight for check in for return flight.

I did visa waiver and extension
Then three weeks out
Then another visa waiver and extension
Then three weeks out
Now on third visa waiver (and hoping to extend)
Was told by the IO that next time I would not be allowed in without a "Visa Already" which I assume means a 60 day tourist visa from an embassy.

Reason I say this is that I was told it would be easier to be allowed back into Thailand if I stayed away for two or three weeks each time.
But I think if this is your first visa then a visa run will be ok.

Freddie.
