I asked my Thai Co ordinator at my school If I could get my Non-B Visa at Singapore- He agreed

 

Now It looks like a mistake, Singapore have a different system to Penang and Vietanne in Laos, You need to upload all documents online and then they assign you an appointment

 

Has anyone got a Non-B from Singapore before , how easy was the process
