Popular Post CrunchWrapSupreme Posted February 20, 2023 Popular Post Posted February 20, 2023 Hah, not all the red states are as red as she thinks. After my years in the LOS, I'll soon be going back to a certain red, midwestern state. Very outdoorsy, farms, mountains, at the DMV you can pick up your license and a concealed carry permit, if you wish. Yet, the people hiring me are using "she/her" pronouns, they want people with intl experience as they're accepting of immigrants, they support LGBT and minority groups, as they regret the trouble they've long had with white supremacists. You'll find a similar disconnect between Austin and the rest of TX, Miami and the rest of FL, etc. The Rep will have to get into each of these states and divorce these areas as well. 4

Popular Post Chomper Higgot Posted February 21, 2023 Popular Post Posted February 21, 2023 “everyone I talk to says this……” Well they would do, you are surrounded by extremist nut jobs, no sane person wants to be anywhere near you. Read her accusations as a confession, especially the accusations of treason. 2 1
Popular Post Credo Posted February 21, 2023 Popular Post Posted February 21, 2023 I grew up in a very conservative state in a very conservative family. I understand the thinking, and I don't necessarily disagree. It's a different life, and being independent and self-reliant is essential in many areas. Where I lived, there was no nearby hospital, so if you got sick, someone had to put you in the vehicle and take you -- there was no ambulance to call. If you had a fire, you and your neighbors would have to put it out. During the winter, we always had a team of horses because roads weren't always passable. We may as well have lived on a different planet from the lifestyle in New York or LA. I always find it interesting when things go awry in rural America, and then they want the Federal Government to rescue them. In an ultra conservative area not far from where I have a home, they have a problem with water. They've been getting water from a nearby city, which has cut them off due to the drought in the SW. They are unincorporated, they don't want regulation, but all of a sudden they want the government to solve their problem. I hope it does. I hope they get water. I wish they'd show a little understand for the problems faced by others. I think the Constitution has some things about what she is proposing. 2 1
Popular Post stevenl Posted February 21, 2023 Popular Post Posted February 21, 2023 Unfortunately for her her 'red states' will be broke without the federal government. The blue states are keeping the red ones alive. 7 2 1 1
Popular Post Bkk Brian Posted February 22, 2023 Popular Post Posted February 22, 2023 She's not giving up.........lol Marjorie Taylor Greene says Democrats who move to GOP-run states shouldn’t be allowed to vote for five years And the Q-Anon supporting congresswoman from Georgia added: “What I think would be something that some red states could propose is: well, okay, if Democrat voters choose to flee these blue states where they cannot tolerate the living conditions, they don’t want their children taught these horrible things, and they really change their mind on the types of policies that they support, well once they move to a red state, guess what, maybe you don’t get to vote for five years. “You can live there, and you can work there, but you don’t get to bring your values that you basically created in the blue states you came from by voting for Democrat leaders and Democrat policies.” https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-politics/greene-republican-red-states-votes-b2286949.html 1 2

ozimoron Posted February 22, 2023 Posted February 22, 2023 "Sen. Mitt Romney on Tuesday firmly denounced Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s recent call for a 'national divorce,' harkening back on what happened in the U.S. during the Civil War," reported Katie McKellar. "'You know, I think Abraham Lincoln dealt with that kind of insanity,' the Utah Republican told reporters during a brief press availability during his visit with lawmakers at the Utah Capitol in Salt Lake City. 'We’re not going to divide the country. https://www.rawstory.com/mitt-romney-on-mtg/ 1 1
Popular Post billd766 Posted February 22, 2023 Popular Post Posted February 22, 2023 Politicians everywhere and MTG especially confuse me when they use terms like "we" (who is "we" and how many are there?) and the other term is "everybody". Has she personally spoken to "everybody"? (who is "everybody" and how many are there)? 3

Popular Post Eric Loh Posted February 22, 2023 Popular Post Posted February 22, 2023 These Maga nuts will be the cause of Republican Party’s defeat in 2024. Repeating the same insanity and losing previous elections and still have not smarten up 3
ozimoron Posted February 23, 2023 Posted February 23, 2023 Marjorie Taylor Greene shredded for saying Black people should be 'proud' to see Confederate monuments First of all, the last time Southerners like Marge proposed a 'national divorce', it was because they were holding 4 million African-Americans hostage as slaves, and they didn't want to let them go. Today, roughly half of African-Americans still live in the 11 Southern states that comprise the Confederacy. And so if this 'national divorce' happens, they would be trapped in an Apartheid hellscape of a new country with zero healthcare, crappy public schools, barely a right to vote, and a full return to ownership by someone else of their bodies. https://www.rawstory.com/mtg-confederate/ 1
bamnutsak Posted February 23, 2023 Posted February 23, 2023 Now that her divorce from ex-husband Perry Greene has been finalized will she go back to being plain old Marjorie Taylor?
Jingthing Posted February 23, 2023 Posted February 23, 2023 Treasonous nut case. That she now wields considerable power in congress poorly reflects on America's fascist maga party and the hayseed white nationalists that voted her in. 2
