THE ELECTION COMMISSION has been petitioned today (Mar.7) to take steps toward a possible dissolution of the Pheu Thai for having a politically-banned person help with the party’s ongoing electoral campaign.

Sonthiya Sawasdee, member of the Ruam Thai Sang Chart, called on the polling agency to forward the case over to the Constitutional Court to consider dissolving the Pheu Thai, guided by de facto party boss Thaksin Shinawatra, for evidently allowing former Red Shirt leader Nattawut Saikua to publicly launch speeches of political content during the party’s campaign stumps in the provinces.

Sonthiya contended that Nattawut who has been sentenced by court to two years and eight months in jail and prohibited from all levels of politics for 10 years should not have been allowed to play such political roles in public.

Thai Democracy........ does it exist???

In a democracy fugitive criminals don't lead a political party.

And in a functioning democracy nobody would vote for such criminals.

Should be the same for coup leaders as well.  Just because the coup leaders granted themselves "amnesty" should mean squat.

They do have a point... big mistake by the PTP allowing this person onto the stage.

What about a rigged senate, a man in power who was not on a ballot, a man who broke his own made up constitution with rigged judiciary, rigged election. One could go on and on about the breaches of "The Party" but pointless but there is one thing for sure the PTP will be prevented from taking part or there will be a fixing of the result "How long are they keeping hold of the ballot boxes again?"

There is only one way to take back the country, the same as it was taken. Its time!!!

Lets see what way the election goes and what party gets the majority..

then see how they decide to pick [not vote] for the next PM...

if a military guy gets the top job I could see trouble ahead.
