In the Pattaya area i don't think it's been particularly hot yet this year, however lets hope for a storm to clear this horrible, lingering air that we have had for a while now

Please Sir, can I ask how I 'brace'

You could always ask an Australian, because their idea of foreplay is, "brace yourself Sheila"...... so they would know!

Hail are pellets of frozen rain - shome mishtake surely.

Hail stones form in the upper atmosphere were the temperature is below freezing point. The 'shome mishtake' is yours for not doing your homework. By the way hailstorms sometimes occur in Saudi Arabia.

Should also include the advisory that rain is wet, and that mud can occur when rain meets dirt, and so individuals need to take care where they step.

And probably cause flooding in Pattaya, especially in areas where much effort and roadworks has been endured to alleviate flooding.

Apologies are due for not being a meteorologist. Also for failing to ensure sufficient investigations are conducted on this obviously academically critiqued discussion board.

People living in 42 provinces in the northern, north-eastern, central and eastern regions of Thailand, including Bangkok and its suburbs, are advised to brace for summer storms, which will bring heavy rain and hail to some areas from Sunday until next Tuesday.

Much needed relief from the sticky mid-afternoons.

Bend over froward, head between knees and kiss your A goodbye.

In the bank balance.

Well, that is greed, short sightedness, avarice, gluttony, and rapacity, but it sure isn't pride, or anything good or noble.

This is Thailand. Are you kidding? Rain is the least of my concerns when I step foot anywhere.

Did anywhere actually get the summer storm? Here in Chiang Mai in my location we had a light drizzle for a short time and Doi Suthep is still missing.

This morning was in Chom Tha almost at the base of Doi Inthanon, the biggest mountain in Thailand was also invisible aqi at 170.

Did you try looking without your sunglasses on or were you either too far away or looking in the wrong direction?

Why do people make it out to be worse than it actually is here in the old city?

So much for the officially proclaimed dry season.

The last couple of decades, one cannot distinguish what it is supposed to do and what it is doing.
