Police in the north eastern province of Surin have been urged to arrest a 45 year old man for the murder of a 50 year old woman in the village of Ban Othawan in Jaras sub-dictrict.

 

After an autopsy of the body discovered at a house, the lady was found to have been strangled.

 

Her sexual organ was slashed or cut out, according to graphic but unclear reports in a Thai Rath story.

 

A special task force had been brought in and two men - Raet aged 45 and Jem aged 74 - were interrogated for 5 hours.

An inside source told the media that the man responsible for the horrific murder was Raet.

 

Both men had shown an interest in the lady.

 

Dome, 27, her son who went to pick up his mother's body at Surin Hospital said that Raet had tried to molest or rape his mother on many occasions.

 

He called for the police to take him into custody now as he was a clear danger to society.

 

It was unclear as to whether the police had detained the suspect folling his interrogation.

So why was this psycho not arrested earlier?
