Sorry would be answered previously.

Sitting in Land office with a UK owner of condo and about to do sale.

So he will receive 2million + in baht. Cash.

 

He is flying back in UK in few days.

What is his best way to deal with getting this money into UK.

 

Is Dee money best option.

I see there is an office near BTS Nana.

Does he change it into Pound first or just go to Dee money office with baht.

You have to register with Dee money prove your ID with passport . They are very easy to use , I think max you can send out of the country is 800000 bahts .per day .

Go to his Thai bank (presume he has an account....) with the sale paperwork/taxes etc and get it transferred to his UK account.

The exchange from baht to GBP will be done by the Thai bank and although he will lose a little it is the easiest and safest way.
