Why not ask the Russian to make himself lustworthy

I wonder what ever happened to that poor little fella that was found walking barefoot some 18 klms to get away from his abusive father up in Udon Thani a few weeks back.

Not speaking for the topic or anybody involved here. But in the pase, one has often heard of pedophile scandals and abuses right amongst even some organisations part of the UN. One would in general always be very very careful on falangs showing up and wanting to help children in 3rd world countries.
