Samet is it back to pre covid or still one port entry

Hi Looking to go to Samed for Songkran and wondered what the rules are.

 

Are the snorkelling boats working yet

 

Also is it still one port entry with the rip off taxis or can you get boats to your beach?

 

I assume you no longer have to do the covid test before boarding boats

I was there at  few months ago. No Covid test necessary (not needed anywhere in Thailand), snorkeling boats were running and we did a trip. But single port of entry was the rule. Not sure if it has changed since but it very much looked like a permanent set up to me.
