And can harvest the seeds with a mechanical harvester.

CBD oil or hemp oil? Huge difference and there are respective strains for each. Your post implies you want to harvest the seeds, so you mean HEMP OIL.

there is no CBD inside the seeds or its oil or at least it's very close to zero %, you need the flowers or even the whole plant but not the seeds to extract cbd.

Yes my lack of understanding.

Hemp seeds for oil is what i'm after.

I don't know a lot about hemp but I thought 2 meters would be more common.
