There is plenty of "low fat" milk on offer.

But it's difficult to find other descriptions than "0%".

Tons of 0%.

Can't find how much fat this one has.

Just says "low fat formula".

It's amazing how difficult it is to find such basic info.

Can you easily buy low fat (1%)  fat milk in supermarket?

You mean that you haven't bothered to look?  Is there a shortage of supermarkets, 7-11s, Family Marts, etc. in your area?

Cows milk is for baby cows!  Try Soy or Almond milk, better for your cholesterol and blood pressure.....

Soy is bad for men. Almond is about 2% almonds added to water. Just eat almonds.

go have a look.

I only by the UHT milk in small cartons, and in Big C they have both the 0% fat and the 2% fat versions. Take your pick.

The problem is that they float when you put them in your cup of tea!!

Use normal milk like normal tea drinkers.

0% and 2% ... haven't notice, or looked for 1%

You have the same amount of sugar, in all milk, if that's a concern:

Not always. They add sugar to some milks and yoghurts. Low fat yoghurt nearly always high sugar.

Yes ... If flavored, or has 'added' sugar.   That's what labels are for.

Would think anyone looking for 0 - low fat milk would actually read them.

IF looking for cream, half-half, 'barista cream/milk' (my favorite label), then you really need to read the label, as whole milk sometimes has more fat content.

Real cream & H/H will have, but the other krap ... read the labels.

If someone is buying low fat I doubt they read much about food ingredients as dairy fat isn't bad for you.

I only drink real milk.  Calories I don't mind, but prefer not to have 25 ish % of my saturated fat for the day in 1 small serving of milk.  Doesn't leave much room for my other 'vices'.

Which one is that? I've not seen it. I opted for full fat and just add water so half fat

Brand is named, "Foremost", in blue small or larger cartons. UHT milk don't forget.

A few decades ago, or should I say many decades ago, the big "thing" was about giving up items rich in dairy fat (as well as other fats), and that included milk, so I gave that up and used low fat milk, and have used it ever since, and now whenever anybody makes me a cup of tea with the "normal/full fat" milk, it tastes too creamy for me – – so I've stuck with the low-fat stuff and it suits my tastes now.

Matter of fact. I could walk all day after you have given up.
