the TM 30 seems to confuse people at times (based on what i read on this forum) so i called it an 'odd exercise'.  is that ok ?

it's only confusing if you don't stay up to date with the changes. the whys and wherefores are discussed here quite regularly. but TIT so up to you if you don't want to join the conversation.
