President Joe Biden’s advisers are moving quickly to finalize staffing and operational details of his reelection campaign ahead of what’s widely expected to be a bruising 19-month effort to convince the public of his accomplishments and his ability to serve well into his eighties.

Biden returned to the White House late Sunday from a weekend at Camp David designed to serve as an intensive runthrough of campaign and personnel planning, including matters still requiring his final approval, people familiar with the matter said.

He really doesn't have a choice. She checks two strong boxes in the Heirarchy of Grievance, so jettisoning her would be extremely toxic politically.    I think it also spooks Democrats in general. IF Joe doesn't run, can they make a case for a completely new candidate over the current sitting VP?

All candidates have to be accepted in the primaries. All it would take is for a better candidate to stand, unless they sabotage that candidate like they did Bernie, IMO.

Thanks for sharing with us the conspiracy theory that his strings were pulled. Got any actual evidence so support that? Even you had to admit that a lot got accomplished during his first 2 years. Most of it very popular with American electorate.

Yea it’s been horrible ???? infrastructure,drug prices,capping insulin at 35$ a month for seniors,seeding microchip production in the USA,environmental concerns,seeding renewables and ev production,standing up to Putin and with our nato partners helping Ukraine repel the criminal invasion of their country there’s much more but I will give it a rest the Biden TEAM are accomplishing many many good positive things for the American people and the world so I’ll just say I beg to differ

Biden has just announced he will run. He advisors have obviously told him there's little danger of him losing.
